Athletic checklist
Grace Academy athletics is committed to developing academics, student character and community in a Christ centered environment.
Parents and athletes must fill out the required athletic forms in order to participate in Athletics at Grace Academy. These forms can be picked up at the welcome desk or requested from athletics@graceacademync.com and must be completed and returned each year prior to tryouts.
