This class is very hands-on! Students will learn number names and recognize patterns in the counting sequence by counting to 100 by ones,fives and tens. Students will also learn recognition and applications of numbers 0 through 100. Concepts of measurement, recognizing basic shapes, collecting data, creating and extending patterns will be covered. Homework and parental involvement are required to reinforce concepts learned.
