Pre-Calculus Honors (11-12) – 4 Days

Prerequisite: Algebra II Honors, Advanced Functions/Modeling, or GA placement

-This course covers the Algebra III/Trigonometry curriculum in greater depth and at a faster pace than the standard track (AF/M).  Students are expected to master the concepts quickly.

Precalculus is a comprehensive study of functions, including polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions, that serves as a foundation for calculus.  The curriculum moves quickly to cover all the topics and engages students with challenging and complex problems.  

This course prepares students for Calculus Honors or other college-level mathematics courses.
